How does the automated contractor calling work?
Once a tenant submits a request, we categorize the issue (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more) and our AI agent calls your chosen contractor. It describes the problem, asks for availability, and locks in a time on the call. Then you and your tenant get notified that the repair is booked.
Can I use my own contractors?
Yes, that's the point. Maintenance Concierge works with the plumbers, handymen, and pros you already trust. Add your preferred contractors and we call them on your behalf. There's no new vendor network to join and nothing to rebuild.
Am I still in control of what happens?
Always. You choose which contractors we're allowed to call, and you approve each job before we dispatch. You're notified at every step: issue received, contractor called, appointment confirmed. Nothing happens that you didn't set up.
